• Books sold by Katha.lk are not eligible for refunds once the sale is finalized.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only possible under the following conditions:
  1. Wrong Orders: If you receive a book that you did not order, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.
  2. Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive a book that is damaged or defective, we will exchange it for a new copy of the same title, subject to availability.

Procedure:

• To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number and details of the issue with the book.
• Our team will guide you through the exchange process, which may include returning the damaged or defective item to us.

• Books must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Exchange requests are subject to approval by Katha.lk.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet our return and exchange criteria.
